Panagia Vasileiou is a dual-qualified lawyer and a registered member of the Cyprus Bar Association (2026). She joined Georgios Diogenous & Associates LLC in March 2026 as an Associate in the Litigation Department, bringing with her a distinguished academic background and broad practical experience across contentious and non-contentious legal practice.

Panagia is also a member of the Honourable Society of Gray’s Inn, one of the four Inns of Court in London, having been called to the Bar in 2022. This dual qualification reflects both her commitment to the highest standards of professional legal education and her capacity to advise and represent clients across common law and civil law jurisdictions.

Litigation & Court Practice

Panagia is a member of the firm’s Litigation Department, where she handles a range of contentious matters before the courts of Cyprus. Her work covers civil and commercial disputes, administrative law cases, criminal proceedings, and family law matters. She also assists with cross-border cases involving EU law, including matters relating to mutual recognition instruments and international legal cooperation.

Corporate & Commercial Practice

Beyond her contentious practice, Panagia has been actively involved in corporate and commercial work, advising on company formation, share capital increases, corporate governance, shareholder rights, and regulatory compliance. This breadth of experience enables her to serve clients across the full spectrum of their legal needs, from boardroom to courtroom.
